Affordable Housing

I want to lead the development and implementation of a progressive Affordable Housing Plan to include a mixture of unit sizes and types that are accessible to public transporation.

Job Creation

I plan to identify and attract businesses to North Charleston that will create opportunities for women and men, to secure decent employment at a livable wage. 

Livability

I plan to create a robust livability plan for the City of North Charleston, focusing on affordability, proximity to work, implementation of a rapid transit system and natural environment. I will work with the community and stakeholders to develop a plan to reduce crime throughout the city. 

Fiscal Responsibility

I will create a comprehensive financial structure for the City that promotes transparency, trust, and ensures accountability and financial discipline.
